Alliance numérique (AN), in collaboration with the Canadian Interactive Alliance (CIAIC) is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of the Canadian Game Development Talent Awards, which will be held on November 2nd, 2011, closing the Montreal International Game Summit (MIGS).

The Canadian Game Development Talent Awards will focus on recognizing the achievements of talent from across Canada in all the major disciplines of game creation. Everything from Animator of the Year, to Audio Professional of the Year, to Emerging Talent, will be honoured.

Some key dates:

- August 1^sttill September 2^nd – nomination process
Nomination are now close, thank you all for the support, the Jury
is now in deliberation to select to top 5 per category

- October 15 – finalist announcement

- November 2^nd- Awards night
